Medical Billing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled & detail-oriented Medical Billing Expert to join our remote team. This role ensures accurate claims processing, compliance with insurance guidelines, & max reimbursements for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Assign accurate medical codes from records.
Submit electronic/paper claims to insurance and payers.
Follow up on unpaid or denied insurance claims.
Verify insurance, coverage, and authorizations.
Stay updated on billing and coding guidelines.
Collaborate with providers to improve revenue cycle.
Generate reports to track KPIs and financial performance.
Mentor and support junior billing staff when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Industry Certification in Medical Billing & Coding (CPC, CCS-P, or Equivalent).
At least 1 year of practical experience in Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management.
Hands-on expertise with industry-standard Billing Software & EHR solutions.
Demonstrated excellence in communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
Proven accuracy and efficiency while managing complex tasks in fast-paced operations.
